Purchasing Products
Products from Reserves are provided as downloadable files only at this point in time. All files are available for immediate download once they are purchased (Pending authentication of first time customer information, which can result in a wait time of up to 8 hours. Contact us for more information or view our FAQ page). We may provide select products in physical formats requiring shipping in the near future.
Add products to your cart by clicking the “Add to cart” link on search results or product pages. You can remove products and have no obligation to purchase until you click “Complete Purchase” during checkout. You must be registered on the site (and be signed in) to use the shopping cart.
Reserves accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This also means we do NOT accept cash, money orders or personal checks. When we do accept any new methods of payment, we will notify our users.
Downloading Products
After completing the checkout process, you will be taken to a page where you can download your order immediately. You can also download active orders by clicking on “My Account”, logging in with the email and password used for that order, then clicking “Order History & Downloads” and choosing the appropriate order.
Reserves product downloads are provided as cross-platform ZIP files. For unpacking the font ZIP files you downloaded from reservesca.com, you may either use OS X’s own unzipping program or tools like StuffIt expander. For Windows use the systems’ own unzipping mechanism (double click on the archive in a Windows Explorer) or any other archiving tool supporting the ZIP format, such as WinZip.
Opentype
Reserves fonts are available exclusively in OpenType format. OpenType fonts will work with Macintosh OS 8.1 and above with Adobe Type Manager 4.6 or higher. They will work with Microsoft Windows 95 or higher with Adobe Type Manager 4.1 or higher. The OpenType font files are cross-platform compatible—you can use them on a Mac or PC.
OpenType is a cross-platform font format developed jointly by Adobe and Microsoft. It offers a greatly expanded character set, and advanced typographic features accessible in newer versions of word processing, layout, and design applications.
All Reserves fonts utilize features that OpenType offers. Please look for advanced OpenType information in each individual font(s) details description. Existing fonts that are upgraded to include any additional advanced OpenType features will be available as a free upgrade to previous customers who purchased the original font(s).

The site incorporates appropriate safeguards to protect the security, integrity, completeness, accuracy and privacy of the information we have collected, and we have put in place reasonable precautions to protect information from loss, misuse and alteration. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as required and only authorized individuals have access to the information you provide us.
Privacy Information
Reserves does not distribute or sell its mailing list or customer information. We do not give your email address to any third parties, and you will receive no promotional mailouts from Reserves unless you subscribe to our list. Learn more by reading our Privacy Policy.
